You own your player list. We look after it for you.

Draft for attorney review. These documents are a starting point written in plain language. Have a lawyer review them before relying on them, especially the prize and contest sections, which vary by state.
This agreement is part of the Terms of Service between SportsPlay Games and each bar or restaurant using SportsPlay.
- Roles. For information about players in your game, you decide why it's collected (your game, your marketing); we process it on your behalf to run SportsPlay.
- Ownership. Your player list is yours. You can download it anytime from the Customers page. We never sell it or use it to market to your players for anyone else.
- Our commitments. We use the data only to provide the service; keep it confidential; protect it with reasonable security (encryption in transit, hashed secrets, access limited to people who need it); use trustworthy service providers under similar obligations; and tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data.
- Your commitments. Use player data only as players agreed; email or text only players who opted in; honor unsubscribes and deletion requests; keep your account secure.
- Requests. We'll help you answer players' requests to see, correct or delete their information.
- When you leave. You can export your list for 30 days after your account closes; after that we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep records.
